The majority of these sellers and dealers are guilty of no more than ignorance of what is and what is not Tiffany and they should not be confused with those sellers of fake after fake. Any mention of a seller on this site does not mean that they sell other fakes or that anything else they sell might be a fake and in most cases, it could only be a one time occurrence. These are the sellers who list these fakes under categories such as ANTIQUE and COLLECTIBLES and then tell you that they are old, vintage, antique and signed TIFFANY. Many use the "User ID Kept Private" feature so the buyer cannot be notified that they have been scammed by buying a fake and fraudulently signed piece. A seller, DREAMS-INI.NET has listed a fake piece of Tiffany and he decided to use the private feature which he has never used before. Wonder why?
Another seller, mystic-rhino-inc, is an equal opportunity seller of fraudulently signed Weller, Roseville, Hubley, Hull, McCoy and Tiffany and has the feedback to prove it. Currently this seller is by far the largest individual seller of fake and fraudulently signed Tiffany on Ebay and is adding a new listing every few days. Now he is selling items he calles "Tiffany style". Another new dealer to TiffanyFakes is writer_art who is so lucky because he finds all of his fakes including Roseville and McCoy in addition to Tiffany at estate sales. Sure he does. Check his feedback.
You should always check the feedback of a seller if you have concerns and there is a new wrinkle to watch for from these sellers of fakes. The feedback numbers tell the story and the best place to look at the top of the page on the right side which shows the positive, negative and the neutral counts. The new wrinkle is the Mutually Withdrawn Feedback and can be found by scanning that sellers feedback. The seller sells you a fake and you realize it and leave negative feedback. If you withdraw the negative feedback the seller will take the item back and refund your money. Legal blackmail and watch for the sellers of fakes to have a lot of this. Check all feedback carefully.
The easy way to read the feedback quickly is to click on the number after their Ebay name and this will bring up their feedback. Go to the bottom of the page and click on where it says Items Per Page and highlight 200 and a new page will come up with 200 feedbacks which is easier that reading just 25. Scroll quickly down the page looking for the reds and the grays and notice if there are any where the color is no longer there. This is the Mutually Withdrawn which is usually a swap for the buyer to get his money back.
